A: Just give me at least one day’s notice to reschedule (no same-day changes). You’ll still have the full online plan to follow anytime. Life happens—I get it.

A: Nope. I only ask you to log meals for about two weeks per year. After that, it’s up to you. If you want feedback, I’m here, but I’m not peering over your shoulder every day.
Q: What if I travel a lot?
A: We can switch to virtual sessions, or I’ll give you quick workouts to do anywhere—hotel rooms included. You won’t lose momentum.
Q: Is 12 months mandatory?
A: That’s the recommended timeline to layer habits without rushing. You can stop anytime, or keep going beyond a year if it’s still helping.
