Starting a fitness journey can feel intimidating.

My job isn’t to push people harder.

It’s to help them move better, build strength safely, and create habits that actually stick.

Hannah, 39


“I went from nervous to actually looking forward to workouts.”

When Hannah first reached out, she was nervous.

She hadn’t exercised consistently in years and worried she would feel out of place in a gym.

So we started small.



Instead of intense workouts, we focused on:
 

  • simple strength movements
     

  • improving mobility
     

  • building confidence step by step

Mark came to me with a familiar problem.

So instead of jumping into heavy training, we worked on:

 

  • breathing and ribcage positioning
     

  • hip mobility and rotational movement
     

  • building strength gradually



Over time his back stopped flaring up.

He started walking more, sleeping better, and eventually returned to activities he had avoided for years.
