Hey — I’m Devon Shurden.
 
I’ve been a personal trainer since 2006.

I help adults build strength, improve movement, and create healthier habits without relying on punishment, gimmicks, or one-size-fits-all programs.

My background includes:
 

  • Exercise Science
     

  • Personal training
     

  • Nutrition coaching
     

  • Senior fitness
     

  • Ongoing education in movement and biomechanics



But the most important part of my coaching is this:

I know what it feels like when training stops feeling simple.

When workouts start causing pain.

When programs stop fitting real life.

I’ve had to rethink my own approach to exercise as my body changed.

That experience made me a better coach.
