Hey—I’m Devon.
I’m a Houston-based personal trainer and nutrition coach who specializes in joint-friendly workouts, stress management, and habit-based coaching.
If you’re juggling work, caring for family, or feeling anxious about old injuries, I’m here to show you a realistic path forward—no gimmicks required.
Why I Get It
A few years ago, my elbows, shoulders, back, and knees started acting up. Suddenly, the workouts I’d done in my 20s were hurting me in my 30s. That forced me to rethink everything—focusing on proper biomechanics and gradual progress that respects real bodies, not wishful thinking.
I also have ADHD, which actually helps me be more creative in breaking down routines into short, doable steps. If your schedule is hectic (or your brain sometimes feels overloaded), we’ll adapt your workouts and nutrition habits into manageable chunks.

My Coaching Style
Safe & Gradual: Old aches or injuries? I’ll tailor movements so they’re gentle on your joints but still help you get stronger.
Real-Life-Friendly: If you only have 15 or 30 minutes, let’s make those minutes count. No need to spend hours in a gym.
Sustainable Habits: We’ll focus on daily practices—like slowing down your eating or adding lean protein—so you can see lasting changes without crash diets.
Stress Management: I emphasize recovery and mindfulness, because real progress happens in the in-between moments.
